Chief Science Officer

The CSO will share the company Vision and ensure the technical team live and breathe the company Mission. The CSO is responsible for the delivery of the company’s R&D projects in line with the agreed business plan and strategy.

From the get go, the CSO will lead the design and operation of the company’s GMP certified cannabis extraction, manufacturing and laboratory facilities, building a team of talented, capable technical people to meet the company’s current and future needs, while continuously ensuring the effective and efficient deployment of company resources against R&D priorities.

Cultivation Technician (x2)

The Cultivation Technician position performs manual labour to assist in the upkeep, stocking, and fulfilment of growing medicinal cannabis, including, but not limited to; watering, feeding, flushing, pruning, washing, cloning, and transplanting under the supervision of the Cultivation Manager and the GreenHouse Manager. Attention to detail is required. The ideal candidate will excel as a team member within a tightly controlled, regulated system and timelines.

Human Resources Manager

Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for the development and review of HR policies, providing project management support to senior leaders.  You will be the go-to person throughout the employee lifecycle, including weekly and monthly payroll and implementing a Performance Management system.

The key to success in this role is creating and implementing simple and effective systems that will grow with the company.  You will have the opportunity to liaise with external experts and provide support to managers in this exciting phase of growth.
